Permissions, package, and platform availability

Schedules require the Field package.

• View published schedules: View schedule records available to the role.
• Create, update, archive, and publish schedules: Add, edit, replace, publish, unpublish, archive, and unarchive.

All standard project roles can normally view published schedules, while administrators and managers normally maintain them. You can use the list and viewer in desktop, mobile web, and native layouts. On smaller screens, management actions move into compact menus.
