Create an album for a specific field event, area, or reporting period so your team can find the media again later.

Create an album for a specific field event, area, or reporting period so your team can find the media again later.

Best for: Field staff and project teams · Requires: Photos write access.

Create an album

  1. Open Photos.
  2. Select Album.
  3. Enter a unique title.
  4. Select Create Album.

Give the album a specific title, such as 2026-07-24 Level 3 rough-in, instead of Site Photos. Each album title must be unique within the project.

Add photos and videos

  1. Open the album.
  2. Select the add-media action.
  3. On web, choose files or drag them into the album.
  4. On native, choose the camera or device library.
  5. Wait for all uploads to complete.

On web, the upload dialog is labeled Upload Photos & Videos. Large videos and weak field connections can take longer, so keep the app open while uploads are pending.
