• Albums organize project photos and videos.
• The Albums view browses collections; the Photos view browses media across accessible albums.
• Copying places a photo in another album without removing its original album context.
• Moving changes the photo's album.
• A photo's captured date is used when available; otherwise Constructable uses its created date.
• Daily Log photos have a separate view permission from other project photos.
