Open a photo when you want to inspect it at full size, check its date, or add context for the rest of the team.

Use the photo viewer to move through your current filtered group. Add a description that explains what is shown, where it is, and why it matters. Because descriptions appear in album PDF exports, write them for someone who was not on site.
An album's notification controls only affect the updates you receive. They do not change who can view or edit its media.
