Export project records in bulk

Use Bulk Export when you need ZIP downloads of supported project records for handoff or archiving.

Use Bulk Export when you need ZIP downloads of supported project records for handoff or archiving.

Best for: Project administrators handing off or archiving records · Requires: A supported browser plus read permission for the record type.

  1. Open Project Settings.
  2. Expand Bulk Export.
  3. Select Export Submittals, Export RFIs, or Export Daily Logs.
  4. Keep the page open while Constructable prepares the download.
  5. Review the completion message for any records that failed.

If Bulk Export is absent, the current browser environment does not support the required file-system capability. The available buttons also depend on your Submittal, RFI, and Daily Log read permissions.
