Hide or unhide a project

Hide a project when you need to keep its records in Constructable but remove it from normal active-project lists.

Best for: Completed, paused, test, or duplicate projects that must remain recoverable · Requires: Projects write permission.

To hide a project:

1. Open Project Settings.
2. Expand Project Visibility.
3. Select Hide Project.
4. Confirm the action.

To restore it:

1. Open All Projects.
2. In card view, use the actions menu and select Show Hidden Projects.
3. Open the hidden project.
4. Open Project Settings → Project Visibility.
5. Select Unhide Project and confirm.

Hiding is not deletion. It changes visibility in project selection while preserving the project.
