Best for: Assigned approvers and signers · Requires: The recipient's signing request.

Open your own signing request when it is your turn to act. Review the full document before you approve, reject, or complete your assigned fields.

  1. Open the email or in-app signing action.
  2. Select Review and Approve or Review and Sign, as shown.
  3. Review the complete document.
  4. Complete the required decision or assigned fields.
  5. Submit.

Approvers can approve or reject. If you reject, Constructable records the decision and any reason you provide, stops the contract, returns the source record to Draft, and notifies the preparer. Signers act in order, so the next signer cannot complete fields early.

Do not forward your personal signing link. Each request is tied to its recipient's assignment.
