Permissions, package, and availability

The source Commitment and Change Order tools require the Financial package. Preparing and administering eSigning uses financial write access. Executed source records can additionally require Edit after executed permission.

Signers and approvers complete the signing request assigned to them. They do not need broad financial-management permission just to approve or sign, but they must be valid users available to the project workflow.

The preparation flow is a three-step web workflow and is best completed on desktop. Recipients can review and sign from a supported browser, including a mobile browser.
