Configuring the meeting overview and attendees
Use Overview to give attendees the logistics and context they need: the meeting title, description, date and time, time zone, location, conferencing link, and host as applicable. In Attendees, add the people who should receive agenda and minutes notifications.
Best for: Hosts and organizers · Outcome: Give attendees the correct logistics and notification audience.

Rich-text fields support bold, italic, lists, links, and preset text colors. Select text before choosing a color. Custom and background colors are not available, so use color to emphasize meaning without making it the only way attendees can understand a note.
The host and creator affect who can see a participant-restricted meeting, while the attendee list determines who receives notifications. Add someone as an attendee when they should participate and receive the agenda and minutes, not only to make the meeting visible to them.
