Creating the next meeting
Create the next meeting from the Finished meeting when you want to continue the same series. This preserves the recurring structure while giving you a new Draft to review.
Best for: Recurring meeting organizers · Requires: A Finished meeting and meeting write access.
Create the next meeting from the Finished meeting when you want to continue the same series. This preserves the recurring structure while giving you a new Draft to review.
- Open the Finished meeting.
- Select Create Next Meeting.
- Confirm the Meeting Title.
- Save.
- Review the newly created Draft.
Only one next meeting can be created from a meeting. The new Draft carries forward the recurring structure and prior attendees who still have project access, including attendees with All Projects access who are not explicit Project Team members. It does not carry forward the notes captured during the finished meeting, and it does not notify attendees until the new agenda is published. Review the attendee list before publishing in case participation changed.
