Statuses, notifications, and visibility
You can move the meeting forward with the primary action or choose a status from the adjacent menu. Following the normal sequence keeps it clear whether attendees are seeing a draft, an agenda, or finished minutes.

- Draft: You can prepare the agenda before sharing it. Access to Draft meetings requires a separate permission.
- Published: The agenda is available, and attendees are notified.
- Started: The meeting is in progress, so you can capture the live discussion.
- Finished: The minutes are complete, and attendees are notified.

Your meeting read access can be All Meetings or Only meetings I'm a participant in. Participants include the creator, host, and attendees. View draft meetings is separate from general read access.
