Use the primary actions when you are ready to share the agenda, begin the live meeting, and issue the minutes:
- From Draft, select Publish Agenda.
- Review the attendee list and select Continue. Attendees receive a notification that the agenda is available.
- At meeting time, select Start Meeting.
- Capture notes, decisions, and follow-up items.
- Select Finish Meeting.
- Review the attendee list and select Continue. Attendees receive a notification with a link to the minutes.
The adjacent menu lets you choose Draft, Published, Started, or Finished directly. Moving backward changes the meeting's status, but it does not take back notifications that were already sent. Starting removes completed RFI and submittal entries from that meeting's smart sections.
