Building approval stages
Each stage needs at least one approver before it can be completed. Once a stage has responses, you cannot delete it. Later stages cannot begin until the current stage is complete.

- Select Add Stage to build the sequence manually.
- Select Request Submission to add a Submission stage for the responsible contractor and a following review stage for the manager.
- Add one or more approvers to each stage.
- Set a stage due date.
- Choose All responses required to progress or At least one response required to progress.
- Reorder stages before review begins.
