Best for: Current-stage approvers · Requires: Respond to submittals.

Respond when the submittal is in your stage and you have completed your review. Your selection, comments, and documents become part of the approval history.

  1. Open the submittal.
  2. Review the documents, prior-stage responses, comments, and due date.
  3. Open the response option assigned to you in the current stage.
  4. Choose Reviewed, No Exceptions Noted, Approved As Noted, Revise And Resubmit, Rejected, or Submitted.
  5. Add a comment and response documents as needed.
  6. Submit.

The stage advances only when its response condition is met. A permitted administrator can respond for another person. Existing responses can be edited, but the original response time remains part of the history and the edit is tracked.
