Choose Channels

Use Channels to choose which types of project activity can notify you.

Best for: Controlling relevance before changing delivery methods · Outcome: Defaults apply across projects unless overridden for a specific project.

1. Open My Account → Notification Preferences → Channels.
2. Review each entity type, including Comments, RFIs, Submittals, Meetings, Daily Logs, Project, financial entities, and other available channels.
3. Choose:
   • All activity for broad awareness.
   • Only my mentions / ball-in-courts / assignments for activity connected to you.
   • None to suppress that channel.
4. Repeat for each channel.

Changing Channels affects only your default notification level. It does not change project access or subscribe anyone else.
