Configure Mobile Notifications

Use Mobile Notifications when you want real-time push on your registered phones and tablets.

Best for: Field users and anyone who needs timely activity away from the browser · Requires: The Constructable native app and operating-system notification permission for device registration.

1. Open My Account → Notification Preferences → Mobile Notifications.
2. In the native app, enable Mobile notifications and approve the device permission prompt.
3. Under Channels, enable the entity types that may send mobile push.
4. Confirm the Channels activity level for those same types.
5. Select Send Test Notification.
6. Lock the phone or background the app while waiting for the test.

If notification permission was denied, enable notifications for Constructable in the device's settings, then return to the app.
