Understand Channels and delivery methods

First choose which activity matters to you, then choose where you want those notifications delivered.

Best for: Anyone receiving too many, too few, or the wrong kinds of notifications · Requires: Access to Notification Preferences.

1. Open My Account → Notification Preferences.
2. Open Channels and set the activity level for each entity type.
3. Open Email Notifications, Desktop Notifications, and Mobile Notifications.
4. Enable only the delivery methods you want.
5. For desktop and mobile, turn individual delivery channels on or off.

For a notification to reach you, it must pass both controls: the Channels activity level and the switch for that delivery method. For example, turn on Mobile RFIs and choose an RFIs Channels level that includes the activity you want.
