Reset Password says the email was sent, but nothing arrives

1. Confirm the email shown in Account Settings is correct.
2. Check spam and quarantine folders.
3. Ask your mail administrator whether Constructable mail was blocked.
4. If an administrator uses Reset password and reinvite, be aware that it also disables MFA and sends a new invitation.

The MFA code is rejected

1. Enter the current six-digit code from the authenticator app.
2. Confirm the authenticator entry was created from the QR code or secret shown in Setup MFA.
3. Wait for a fresh code if the current one is about to expire.
4. Confirm the device running the authenticator has accurate time.

Browser push is unavailable

The current environment does not support browser notifications, or the site permission is blocked. Use the browser's site settings to allow notifications, then return to Desktop Notifications. In-app blue dots can still be controlled by the desktop master setting.

Mobile notifications are enabled but do not arrive

1. Open the Constructable native app and grant notification permission.
2. Check Registered devices for the phone or tablet.
3. Confirm the Mobile notifications master switch is on.
4. Confirm the channel is on.
5. Confirm the corresponding Channels level is not None.
6. Use Send Test Notification. On iOS, lock the phone or background the app because foreground apps do not show the normal banner.

Email digest is enabled but expected activity is missing

1. Confirm the relevant Channels level.
2. Confirm the event occurred after the last digest.
3. Confirm the record is visible to you through your role and project access.
4. Use Send Test Notification to test delivery separately from real project activity.

Notifications continue after an item was dismissed in the app

The daily digest includes activity since the last digest, including notifications already dismissed in the app. Dismissal and digest inclusion are separate.
