Delete inspection content

Delete only the item or section you no longer need when possible. Delete the whole inspection only when the entire record should leave active use.

Best for: Inspection managers · Requires: Inspection write access.

• Delete an item to remove one checklist check.
• Delete a section to remove that section and its active items.
• Choose Delete Inspection from the action menu to remove the full record.

Before you delete anything, review observations and attachments that may be needed for project history. If a mistake does not require removal, rename or edit the structure instead. When the existing record must remain as a reference, duplicate it before making substantial changes.
