Status lifecycle
Users with inspection write access can choose the next status or another available status. Returning to an earlier status reopens that phase; use it deliberately because the displayed lifecycle no longer represents the original sequence by itself.

- Draft: Build the structure and overview.
- Scheduled: Set the inspection date and prepare for field work.
- Inspecting: Record Passed, Failed, or N/A on checklist items.
- Complete: Preserve the finished state for review and export.
