Generate a portable record when you need to share or retain the inspection overview, checklist, evidence, and results.
Best for: Inspectors, managers, and closeout teams · Requires: Inspection access.
- Open the inspection.
- Open its action menu.
- Choose Export to PDF.
- Wait for generation and download the file.
The PDF includes status, inspected-by user, date, trades, description, overview attachments, sections, item results, observations, and item photos. Review it for restricted or sensitive content before you distribute it outside Constructable.
