Asking a one-question AI answer

Use the one-question interface for a focused project question when you do not need a continuing conversation.

Best for: A focused summary or status question · Available when: Ask Question appears in Search or on the Dashboard.

1. Open Search → Ask Question, or use the question field on the project Dashboard.
2. Ask one specific question with the relevant record type, status, and time period.
3. Optionally enable Deep Research before submitting.
4. Select Get Me the Answer or the Dashboard submit action.
5. Wait for completion, or cancel the running question.
6. Use Ask Another for a separate question.

Questions are limited to 5,000 characters. Pressing Enter submits; use the appropriate multiline input behavior when you need a longer prompt.

This mode does not carry conversational memory from one question to the next. Include all essential context in each question.
