The 60-second AI and Search model

• Search Keywords returns matching project records grouped by type. Use it when you want sources, not a generated explanation.
• Ask Question is a single-question answer workflow available in some workspaces. It can show the answer and keep recent questions, but it is not a continuing Chat.
• Deep Research is an optional setting in that one-question workflow. It requests a deeper answer; it does not expand your permissions or guarantee completeness.
• Chat is a continuing conversation. It can accept follow-up questions and file attachments, stream a response, run available Skills, and save the conversation in your Chat inbox.
• The project Dashboard may show either the one-question interface or Chat-style answering, depending on workspace configuration. When Chat-style answering is enabled, Search remains keyword-only and links to Chat for questions.

Choose the tool that matches what you need:

• Choose Search Keywords for RFI 128, rebar cage, or a company name.
• Choose a one-question answer for Which open RFIs are overdue and who has the ball?
• Choose Chat when the next question will depend on the previous answer or when you want to provide an attachment.
