Ask Question or Deep Research is missing

Your workspace may use Chat-style AI instead. Open Chat from project navigation or follow the link from the empty Search page. This can be a workspace configuration difference rather than a problem with your permission.

Chat is missing

Ask a project administrator to verify AI Chats permission and your project access. If Chat is visible to teammates but not to you, compare the specific permission rather than broad roles.

Search returns no results

1. Confirm that you are online and in the correct project.
2. Try a shorter, distinctive term or exact record number.
3. Check alternate spelling, spacing, or punctuation.
4. Confirm that you can open the expected record from its normal project tool.
5. Remember that scanned text, images, and recently added content may not match every visible word.

Search shows an error

Retry after confirming connectivity. The search field is retained for about ten minutes per project, so clear it before testing a different term. If the error persists, report the project, query, time, and browser or device.

An AI response stops or fails

Use the stop control only when you intentionally want to end generation. For a failure, submit the question again or start a new Chat. Shorten the request, remove a problematic attachment, or divide a broad request into smaller questions.

An answer appears incomplete or incorrect

Open and compare the relevant source records. Add the project area, date range, status, or record type to the question. Do not act on a generated total, deadline, or approval statement until it is verified.
