Treat an AI answer as a starting point for your review, not as the source of record.
Best for: Anyone using AI output for project decisions.
Before relying on an answer:
- Confirm the project and date range in the question.
- Open the RFIs, Submittals, Daily Logs, contracts, or other source records involved.
- Verify statuses, due dates, amounts, assignments, and approvals in those records.
- Ask a narrower follow-up or separate question when the answer combines unrelated workflows.
- Record formal decisions in the appropriate project workflow.
Do not assume the AI searched records you cannot access, included every historical change, or interpreted contract language authoritatively.
When an answer includes a link to a Constructable record, open it and verify the current source. A link makes review faster; it does not make the generated statement authoritative.
