Download and share documents

Decide whether your recipient needs live access to current files or a generated snapshot they can download.

Best for: Anyone distributing accessible project files · Requires: Documents view access.

• Select a file's Download action for the original file.
• Open a folder's actions and choose Download All for its contents.
• Select rows and choose Download Selected for a subset.
• Use Copy Link when recipients should open the live folder or file in Constructable.
• Select rows and choose Share Selected to generate a named download package and copy its link.

A generated package captures the selected content at that moment, so create a new one after files change. A live link always reflects current content, but the recipient still needs permission to open it.
