Configure organization email and dashboard presentation

Use these presentation settings to keep system-generated emails and the organization dashboard consistent with your organization.

Best for: Organization administrators maintaining consistent branding and communication · Requires: Organization Settings write permission.

For email:

1. Open Organization Settings → Emails.
2. Select Edit.
3. Update the organization email sign-off.
4. Save.

This organization sign-off is used in supported system email templates. It is not a user's personal notification preference.

For the dashboard:

1. Open Configure Global Dashboard.
2. Select Edit.
3. Add or replace Organization Image with a JPEG or PNG file.
4. Save.

The dashboard image is separate from square and rectangle logos maintained on the organization's Global Directory profile.
