Use Organization Settings for shared:

• Cost Codes, Revenue Codes, and Cost Types
• Daily Log Settings
• Equipment and Hourly Cost Rates
• Financial Settings
• Document Signing Settings
• Trades and Bid Tags
• Emails
• Configure Global Dashboard
• Integrations

Use Project Settings for one project's name, address, image, Drawing Areas, Sub Projects, locations, people, project cost-code selection, financial choices, RFI and Submittal settings, integrations, exports, and visibility.

When you see similarly named blocks in both places, first decide whether the change should apply across your organization or to one project.
