Using the Bidder Portal

Use the Bidder Portal to review invitations assigned to your company without entering the general contractor's full bid-management workspace.

Best for: Subcontractors, consultants, and other invited bidding contacts · Requires: A bid assigned to your company and permission to view or respond to invited bids.

1. Open Preconstruction → Bidder Portal.
2. Choose an invitation.
3. Review the package overview, due date, instructions, scope, and attachments.
4. Select Will Bid or Will Not Bid.

Will Bid records intent and opens the submission workflow. Will Not Bid stops follow-up emails for that package. You can change the intent while the package remains open.

If the package is closed, you can review its details and any response already submitted, but response controls are disabled.
