Add evidence, comments, and drawing locations

Keep evidence and discussion on the Quality Item so the full story does not get scattered across messages.

Best for: Field staff, assignees, and approvers · Requires: Access to the item and connected content.

• Add photos, videos, and files as attachments.
• Choose existing project photos when the evidence is already in Photos.
• Use comments for updates, questions, and review context.
• Place or connect a Quality Item pin in the drawing viewer.
• Review Drawing Locations to open sheets associated with the item.

Write descriptions that make sense even when someone is not in the drawing viewer. A pin shows where the issue is, but the Quality Item should still explain what is wrong and what outcome you need.
