Quality List → Quality Item → location and evidence → assignee → In Review → approver → Completed
- A Quality List is a collection and sets the list type.
- A Quality Item is one actionable record.
- The list type changes the item label: Punch Item, Observation, Incident, or To-Do.
- The assignee performs the work. The approver reviews it. Subscribers follow it.
- Items can be connected to drawings, comments, attachments, trades, dates, and dependent work.
The customer-facing name is Quality Lists. Administrators may still see the older Punch Lists wording in permission settings and some exported labels; those permissions govern Quality Lists and Quality Items.
