If an action is missing, ask an administrator to check these permission labels:

  • Companies: Access the global directory, view people and company profiles
  • Companies: View people and company, excluding contact information
  • Companies: View contact information like email address and phone number
  • Companies: Add new companies to the organization global directory, update company information
  • Companies: Add new internal users and make changes to internal users
  • Companies: Add new external users and make changes to external users
  • Companies: Add or remove admin users
  • Companies: Reset user passwords and re-invite them to their organization or company
  • Projects: View the project team
  • Projects: Update existing projects, create new projects, hide projects

By default, Admin, Manager, and Employee roles can access the Global Directory and contact information. Admins can add companies and Admin users. Admins and Managers can add or edit internal and external users and reinvite them. Subcontractor, Consultant, and Owner roles can also view the Project Team by default. Your organization may customize these permissions.

Team appears in Management Tools for users with project access. Viewing the full Project Team—including external companies, Bidders, and export actions—requires Projects: View the project team. Without it, the Team page can show only members of your own organization.

The Global Directory and Project Team supply responsive web and native actions. On the Project Team page, bulk and display actions are in the page-header actions menu. Add actions may also appear as a page-header icon on native layouts. The Project Team supports list view on smaller layouts; switching between list and table is a desktop action.
