Global Directory is missing

Your role needs Access the global directory, view people and company profiles. Ask an administrator to review Roles and Permissions.

Email or phone information is hidden

Directory visibility and contact visibility are separate. Your role needs View contact information like email address and phone number.

Add Company or Add Person is missing

• Add Company requires company-provisioning permission.
• Add Person appears when you can add an Admin, internal user, or external user.
• The roles offered in the form are limited by your permission. For example, adding an Admin requires Add or remove admin users.

A person is already a member elsewhere

Someone cannot have both an active organization membership and an active company membership in the same organization. Open their existing company or organization profile and deactivate that membership before moving them.

A duplicate company warning appears

Review the suggested matches before continuing. Constructable compares the entered name and website to existing companies and warns when an exact company name already exists. Use the existing company when it represents the same business.

A bidder cannot open the normal Project Team

Bidder project memberships are redirected to the bidding experience. Bidders are not given the standard Project Team page.

Team is visible but most sections are missing

Your role needs Projects: View the project team for Client, Consultant, Subcontractor, Bidder, table, and export sections. Without it, Constructable can show only your organization's team members.

Invitation actions are missing

Your role needs Reset user passwords and re-invite them to their organization or company. Contact details and invitation actions have separate permissions.
