Review and export the Project Team

Open Management Tools → Team, then use the Project Team actions to find participants and prepare contact lists.

Best for: Project communication and team reviews · Requires: Project Team viewing; contact exports require contact-information permission.

• Search with Search companies and people....
• Use Show Project Roles or Hide Project Roles when available.
• On desktop, use Switch to Table View or Switch to List View.
• Select Download Team CSV to export team data.
• Select Copy All Emails to Clipboard to prepare an email recipient list.
• Select Send Invitation Emails to reinvite project members in bulk when you have reinvite permission.

The table can show Company, Full name, Status, Sub Team, Role, Email, Phone, and Actions. Fields remain permission-controlled.
