Send or resend invitations

Send an invitation when someone needs to establish or regain sign-in access. You still need to choose the right role and project access separately.

Best for: New users or users who cannot sign in · Requires: Reinvite permission for resending.

For a new person, select Send Email Invitation during the add-person flow and review the invitation before Add and Send.

For an existing person:

1. Open Global Directory → People.
2. Open the person's profile.
3. Select Actions.
4. Select Reset password and reinvite.
5. Review and send the invitation.

This action resets the person's password, clears their last-login state, disables MFA, and re-enables email delivery before sending a new invitation. Use it only when the person needs a fresh sign-in invitation.
