Filtering, grouping, searching, and reading Reports

Use report controls to narrow a large grid to the rows you need for a decision or review.

Best for: Anyone preparing an operational review.

1. Open the Report and clear stale filters if the result looks unexpectedly narrow.
2. Search by the supported identifying text.
3. Add filters for dates, statuses, people, companies, projects, or other offered fields.
4. Group by an available option such as date, project, company, or scope.
5. Review totals only in the context of active filters and grouping.
6. Open linked source records for detailed history or action.

Some Report settings persist between visits. If two users see different row counts, compare permissions and active filters before comparing data quality.
