Using the project Dashboard
Use the project Dashboard as a starting point for the current work on one project.
Use the project Dashboard as a starting point for the current work on one project.
Best for: Project members beginning a work session · Requires: Project access.
Open the project, then select Management Tools → Dashboard. Dashboard and Team are separate pages; the Project Team is no longer a tab on the Dashboard.
Depending on permissions and workspace configuration, it can show:
- Project question answering or Chat-style AI
- RFI, Submittal, Commitment, and Schedule widgets
- My Ball-in-Court
- Personal project notifications
- Latest Daily Logs and an AI-generated Daily Log summary
- Project notes
- Documents waiting for signature
Select a widget or row to open the source workflow. Use View All where available rather than assuming the Dashboard shows every record. On smaller screens, expand collapsed panels as needed.
The AI-generated Daily Log summary is assistance. Review the actual Daily Logs before relying on statements about delay, weather, progress, or staffing.
