Reviewing Global widgets, Ball-in-Court, and notifications

Use Global panels to find cross-project work that needs follow-up, then open the source record for details.

Best for: Reviewing workload across the portfolio.

1. Scan stage counts and open or overdue totals.
2. Open All RFIs or All Submittals from their widgets for row-level detail.
3. Review Global Ball-in-Court for assigned items across projects.
4. Open notifications to the accessible source project and record.
5. Review signature items and act only when the document and your role allow it.

On extra-wide screens, Ball-in-Court and Notifications share a fixed-height row and a common expanded state. On smaller layouts they stack. Layout changes do not change the underlying data scope.
