Use RFI and Submittal Reports when you need the records behind Dashboard counts, including participants, dates, statuses, and Ball-in-Court.

Best for: Project management review · Requires: Project Management package and the relevant workflow read permission.

The RFIs Report includes open and closed RFIs with fields such as number, name, status, manager, creator, responders, Ball-in-Court, created date, due date, due status, closed date, schedule impact, and cost impact.

The Submittals Report includes accessible Submittals and their workflow fields, including package, type, status, participants, Ball-in-Court, and dates where available.

Use search for a known number or title, then filter by status, due state, or participant. Open the source RFI or Submittal before changing workflow decisions; the Report itself is for review.
