Reviewing project metrics, Ball-in-Court, and notifications

Use Dashboard metrics to spot active work, overdue items, and other exceptions that may need attention.

Best for: Daily project triage.

• RFIs shows open and overdue counts.
• Submittals shows open and overdue counts, excluding superseded revisions.
• Commitments can show bought-out and completion percentages when Financials and the required commitment access are enabled. For interpretation, use financials.md.
• Schedule shows days until the project's estimated completion date or links to add that date.
• My Ball-in-Court lists accessible RFIs, Submittals, and Quality Items currently requiring your attention, with due dates.
• Notifications lists eligible project events for your account.
• Latest Daily Logs shows the most recent entries, supports opening attachments, and may allow adding a new log when you have write permission.

When you spot an overdue or assigned item, open its source record, confirm its current state, and take action in the workflow that owns it.
