Most active Report grids let you create a PDF from the filters, grouping, and context currently on screen.

- Configure the Report to the desired scope.
- Open the grid's export action.
- Choose the supported export option.
- Review the generated file before sharing.
An export is a snapshot. It does not update when records change, grant recipients Constructable access, or replace formal workflow history. For recurring review, share the Report path with users who have access and let them open current data.
