  • The project Dashboard requires project access. Individual cards are hidden when you lack their connected permission.
  • Dashboard appears in Management Tools only when the organization has Project Management enabled. Field-package organizations show Team instead and route the project landing page there.
  • View non-financial reports controls Reports and Global Dashboard access. Administrators, managers, and employees have it by default.
  • Report cards also check the connected workflow permission, such as Daily Logs, RFIs, or Submittals. Reports permission alone does not expose records from a workflow you cannot access.
  • View the Email Activity report is separate and belongs to administrators by default.
  • View financial reports is separate from non-financial reporting. Financial details and permissions are covered in financials.md.
  • Project Reports appear in the Field capability. RFI and Submittal Reports additionally require the organization's Project Management package. Daily Log section Reports depend on the corresponding organization setting.
  • Global Reports require organization-level access. Project-level restrictions and record permissions still affect what a user can open.
  • Dashboards and Reports have responsive layouts. Dashboard panels stack on smaller screens and use side-by-side layouts on extra-wide screens. Dense Report grids, grouping, and exports are best on desktop web.
  • Some cards in a Reports index may be visible without an active destination. An unavailable card is not a completed Report and should not be treated as an exportable source.
