A Dashboard card is missing

Check the permission for the card's workflow, then its package or organization setting. For example, RFI and Submittal cards require their read permissions; the Commitments card also requires Financials and all-commitments access.

Dashboard is missing from Management Tools

The Field package does not include the project Dashboard. Use Management Tools → Team for project participants, or ask an organization administrator which package is active.

My Ball-in-Court is empty

Confirm that you are currently assigned or responsible for an open RFI, Submittal, or Quality Item you can access. Closed or inaccessible records do not appear. Global Ball-in-Court also depends on organization-level access to the underlying projects.

A Report is missing or disabled

  1. Confirm View non-financial reports.
  2. Confirm access to the report's source workflow.
  3. Check the organization package.
  4. For Daily Log section Reports, check whether that section is enabled.
  5. For Email Activity, check its separate permission.

A Report has no rows

Clear saved filters and search, confirm the date range and grouping, and compare the source workflow. Some Reports deliberately include only particular statuses; for example, the RFI Report uses open and closed RFIs.

Counts differ between a Dashboard and Report

Compare scope, permissions, status definitions, and update timing. A Dashboard widget may count only open or overdue items, while a Report can include a broader status set. Open the source records before concluding that data is missing.

An export does not match what you expected

Review active filters, grouping, visible columns, and the Report title before exporting again. Report export reflects the current report configuration; it does not create a frozen approval or contractual record.
