Using the Global Dashboard

Use the Global Dashboard to review selected organization-wide information without opening every project.

Best for: Executives, operations leaders, and organization managers · Requires: View non-financial reports.

Open Global Dashboard from organization navigation. The page can show:

• Active Projects by Preconstruction, Course of Construction, and Warranty stage
• Open and overdue RFIs across projects
• Open and overdue Submittals across projects
• Cross-project Ball-in-Court
• Organization notifications
• Documents waiting for signature

What you see depends on your permissions. You may see Active Projects without RFI or Submittal widgets, or no widgets if your organization-level access does not include them.
