Reading and clearing notifications

Treat notification indicators as a prompt to review activity, then open the current record for its latest status.

Best for: Everyone triaging updates.

1. Open the notification panel from the project Dashboard or notification area.
2. Select an item to open its accessible record.
3. Dismiss items after review.
4. Use Mark All as Read in project notification settings when the project's current notification queue should be cleared. On web, open the notification bell on Dashboard. On mobile or native, open Dashboard → project actions → Project Notification Settings.

Read the record's current status after opening it. A notification describes an event at a point in time; the Topic, Thread, bid, RFI, or other record may have changed since then.
