Resolving, reopening, tagging, and sharing Threads
Use Thread status to separate conversations that still need action from work that is complete.

Use Thread status to separate conversations that still need action from work that is complete.
Best for: Thread participants and coordinators · Requires: Access to the Thread.
- Select Resolve when the conversation no longer needs action.
- Select Reopen when work resumes.
- Use Edit Comment Thread Tags to classify the Thread for filtering.
- Use Copy Link to send a direct link to someone who already has access.
- Use Thread Notification Settings to follow all activity, only relevant activity, or none.
Resolving a Thread does not archive its parent Topic, close an RFI, or change another workflow's status. Likewise, archiving a Topic does not automatically resolve every Thread it contains.
Deleting a reply removes that message from normal display. The first comment has stricter deletion behavior because it defines the Thread; resolve the Thread when the conversation should remain as history.
