Downloading and reporting on RFIs

Best for: Project managers, document control, and closeout teams · Outcome: Produce a current RFI record.

Use the RFI actions to share a current record with the right audience:

• Select Download PDF to create an RFI PDF and choose optional content where available.
• Select Copy Link to share an in-app link with users who already have access.
• Use the project RFI report for a filtered project register.
• Use All RFIs for permitted organization-wide review.
• Project bulk exports and closeout packages can include RFIs when the package and permissions allow them.

Sharing a link does not grant access. A generated PDF captures the RFI at that moment, so download it again after the RFI or selected attachments change.
