RFIs require the Project Management package and appear only when you have View RFIs access.

Key permissions are:

  • Create limited draft RFIs: Create and make limited edits to your own draft.
  • Add new RFIs, make changes to existing RFIs, open and close RFIs: Manage the full workflow.
  • Respond to RFIs: Add a response while the RFI is respondable.
  • Accept a response to an RFI: Mark or unmark the Official Response while the RFI is Open.
  • Delete draft RFIs and Delete RFIs: Separate permissions protect active history.

Your organization can configure its default roles. Administrators, managers, and employees normally manage RFIs, while external project roles normally have restricted viewing and response access.
