Add question attachments when recipients need more context to understand what you are asking. Response attachments stay with the individual response, while question attachments stay with the RFI. When you close the RFI, you can choose from both sets for the distribution package. Only attachments from that RFI can be selected.

RFIs can also be connected to drawing locations. A drawing link provides context but does not replace the RFI's own attachments or permission checks. When a formal package matters, verify the marked-up sheet and selected files before downloading or distributing.
