Best for: RFI managers · Outcome: Make responsibility and timing unambiguous.
- Choose a Manager who will evaluate responses and complete the RFI.
- Choose one or more Respondents who can answer the question.
- Add Subscribers who should follow updates without being responsible for the next action.
- Use the due date for tracking; it does not automatically change status.
- Review Current Ball-In-Court on the Responses block.
- Select Reassign to change who owns the next action.
- Select Send Reminder Notification on an Open RFI to remind current ball-in-court users.
